Build the Foundations for Change across the Tourism & Hospitality Industry in Vietnam in order to see more women in leading positions in these industries and have a Community of women and male allies across Vietnam supporting their career paths.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
KOTO and Lightpath Leadership, supported by Australian Aid, are offering three innovative 6-month learning Journeys (Program C) with the ambitious vision to jumpstart a big change for women in the hospitality and tourism sector.
This program is designed for each participant's success:

26 hours of contact hours in a group of future industry leaders

2 personalized 1:1 coaching sessions.

Expert industry speakers.

Based on international research on women's leadership development.

Firmly grounded in the reality of Vietnam.

Hybrid learning – offline and online sessions.

Deliberately engages male sponsors.
This Program is based on international research on women's leadership development and will be firmly grounded in the reality of the hospitality sector in Vietnam.
PROGRAM LEADER
This program is led by Irene Öhler, an experienced, certified global executive coach and international facilitator, with more than 20 years experience working on 4 continents with leaders from the corporate and government sectors.
