ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This SPARK! program is a special opportunity for all professional women in Ho Chi Minh City
to boost their leadership capacity, re-build their resilience after the past few months, and connect with other women to create a powerful network of support.
For companies this SPARK! Program is an opportunity to show that you care about women leadership development and to provide a special Vietnam Women's Day gift to your female talent.
The SPARK! Program consists of one evening Women Storytelling Salon event
followed by a full day workshop tailored to the Vietnamese context.
SPARK! and its comprehensive Sister Coaching Program IGNITE! were developed as a response to many women looking for how to cut through all the voices telling them to be "the perfect wife, perfect mother, perfect daughter and daughter-in-law", and to balance these expectations with what women really want for themselves.
For businesses the programs are a way to nurture and retain their female talent, and to get a reputation for promoting women leadership in the market.
SPARK! is part of an ecosystem of LightPath Leadership programs and events for women leadership.
The program creator, Irene Ohler, draws on her 25 years of international experience and her past 8 years' experience in Vietnam, and has designed the program based on cutting edge research and international best practice.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from LightPath Leadership.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM CREATOR AND COACH
Irene Ohler, the founder of LightPath Leadership, has focused on women leadership in Vietnam since 2012. She co-authored the award-winning book Ba Trieu's 21st Century Daughters. Stories of Remarkable Vietnamese Women, founded the live event series, the Women's Storytelling Salon, which runs in HCMC and Hanoi, and is a sought after speaker on women leadership in Vietnam.
Irene has more than 20 years of international experience in leadership development, having worked with Fortune 500 corporates and governments in Europe, China, Brazil, New Zealand and Vietnam as an executive coach and consultant.
