Lightpath Leadership is so dedicated to empowering women that we’ve created our own ecosystem for women leadership development - SPARK! CONNECTION.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our Vision for the SPARK! CONNECTION ecosystem is to:
support individual women to unleash their leadership potential, and to support organisations to enhance women leadership and enable greater diversity on every level of their organization.
SPARK! CONNECTION sparks connections, creates community and provides cutting edge content.
There are different entry points into the ecosystem; but all elements are connected and support each other.
For example, you get the Book Ba Trieu’s 21st Century Daughters, then attend a Women’s Storytelling Salon for more stories, get curious and attend a SPARK! Women Leadership Program. Or, you start with the IGNITE! online coaching program and then continue with 1:1 Coaching. … Your Choice!
